I’m Aengus Linehan, a certified coach who has led global teams at start-ups, DDN, HPE, VeloCloud, VMware and Broadcom. Whether you’re navigating a career move, learning to lead, or building a healthier team, you’ll find a practical, human approach here.

My approach is simple. I listen first, ask the questions that help you see your situation more clearly, and then help you turn insight into action. I work with individuals and teams globally. My work is grounded in proven methods, including the Integral approach, and where useful, in data from assessments that give you a shared starting point for the conversation.
